Radioactive Mani

Hey loves ♥♥♥

I'm traveling, so I can't post anything! Instead of me posting I decided to have some guest posts.
Today's guest post is from Danielle, clock here to see her blog! She did this amazing mani, and shared with me and some other girls, and she decided to use it as her mani for her guest post ♥
Danielle, again, thank you so much for doing this to me!

Hi! Hi! Hi! I'm super excited to be here doing a guest post for Juliana.  This is my first time so don't judge me too hard.  (: For my post, I wanted to come up with something new and out of the ordinary for me, but still a mani that represents me as a person.  When I saw THIS post by Sarah of Chalkboard Nails, it just hit me.  I had to make it my own.  And now we begin the "Radioactive Mani"

This is my attempt at a Brushstoke Mani.  I started with 2 coats of China Glaze White on White.  Once that was dry, I started randomly layering on my favorite green and teal polishes starting with the darkest and working my way to the lightest.  I used (in color order) Zoya Ivanka, China Glaze Paper Chasing, Zoya Zuza, Sephora by OPI Mermaid to Order, China Glaze In the Limelight, and Maybelline Color Show Green With Envy.  I let it dry and repeated. This next step was actually one of those happy accidents that sometimes happens.  Just like Sarah's manicure, I added a coat of OPI Black Spotted, but it didn't spread right so I was like, "Oh crap!  Now what?!"  At first I was mad that I had to take it off, but as I started trying to gently remove the Black Spotted, the most amazing thing started happening.

Holy crap, right?!  This is by far my one of my favorite manis that I've EVER done.  I feel like this represents me as a person very well and I'll tell you why.  "Radioactive" by Marina and the Diamonds is one of my all-time favorite songs, green is my favorite color in the world, and it looks very grungy or 90s-esque which is definitely my style.  This was made for me. I hope you all enjoyed this mani as much as I do, and thank you, thank you, thank you so much to Juliana for having me on her blog.  I hope I did it justice.  Have a great day! D

Like I said, her mani was amazing, I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have.
Love,
