Striping Tape Manicure

♥♥♥

Hello my dears, how is everyone doing?
Yesterday was the BIG Doctor Who 50th Anniversary episode, and I'm just watching it now. But I've been excited about it all week, and had butterflies on my belly all week too. But I'm awful when it comes to having inspiration lol So no DW nail art, sorry.
I used Illamasqua Faux Pas and Zoya Storm, plus some striping tape.
I did take a picture of my hand holding my iPhone with my pretty DW case, which I love.

It's a simple manicure, but I've been wanting to do it for a while now :)

Cute Owl ♥

♥♥♥

Well, I've been crazy tired lately, and the fact that it's almost summer doesn't help... And for some weird reason Rio is like the desert now, crazy hot during the day and cold at night. I'm not complaining about being cold at night but it's crazy hot during the day. I haven't even been taking Nahla out during the afternoon, so I just spend 4 hours in the morning with her on the park, she gets crazy tired and it's all good for the rest of the day until I take her out at night. My headaches are frequent, and I've been a bit down lately, two days ago was November 20th, and it's been three years since my grandma died, so I'm feeling blue..
Anyway, on the bright side Nahla has turned 9 months old on November 13th, she's getting so well behaved, calming down as she gets older, and cuter than ever.
Last night I was thinking about doing some nail art, so I checked Cute Polish youtube channel, and here's the link for the nail art I chose: Cute Owl.
I started with China Glaze Re-Fresh Mint, the white is Colorama Pétala Branca, and the brown is a mixture with China Glaze Mahogany Magic and Fast Track.
Looks better in person and you can't really see my cuticles flaws lol

Looks cute, right? :D

50 Shades Of Grey ♥♥♥

♥♥♥

Fifty Shades Of Grey has become my favorite book trilogy, really.
Took me two years to finally read it, I've had the first book since late 2011, but I didn't read it until a week ago. The reason? Because people have labeled it as an erotic book, but FSG doesn't have more sex scenes than any other book I've ever read. The difference between those other books and FSG is that FSG has s&m sex, not just the regular vanilla sex. and there's a reason for that. My point is, the book is a 'romance', and trust me, you'll fall in love with Christian & Ana, it's impossible not to. I read all three books in three days, one per day. So really, just go read it.

Finally to my nails; because I mixed some polishes to create the two different shades of gray I didn't make a post FAQ. I already knew I was gonna make the clouds, but for some weird reason I chose to add some sparkle to it. And I loved it.

I think the reason I chose gray is quite obvious, right?!
If you have read the books, let me know, I would really love to have some more people to talk to about it, I don't have more than 2 friends that have read it!!

H&M Serenity Now ♥♥♥

♥♥♥

Hello, hello, hello!!!

I'm gonna start this post by saying "I have the best cousin ever!!". My cousin Deb spent 6 months in England this year, and a couple of years ago I showed her H&M Blue My Mind, she felt in love, so when she saw Serenity Now she had to buy one for me and one for her. She lives in a different state, so she asked her dad to give it to me, cause he came to Rio.
The second I put my eyes on it I felt in love. The color is perfect & so bright. See for yourself...

Like I said, perfect.

Itsy Bitsy Spider....

♥♥♥

Sorry, I couldn't resist.
Because October is Halloween month I was up for something a bit more halloweeny. So this is what I came up with, super simple, but I love.
Radium was a great choice, in my opinion, because it has kind of a weird look to it.
Update: I wrote this a couple of weeks ago, so I'm sorry for the late Halloween post!
