Green Gradient Striped Mani

Hello ♥

What's everyone doing for NYE?! I'm going to an awesome party and drink all night, the party will last all night and then we'll eat breakfast :D I'm hoping you all have awesome plans like me!
This mani is the one I'll be using on NYE, but it's not very NYE at all LOL But I have been planing this mani for a long time, but I just got my stripe tapes, so I could only do it now. I was really wanting to do this, and it's not perfect, but I'm proud of myself.
I used only Illamasqua polishes, white - Scorch, dark green - Rampage, medium green - Elope and light green - Milf. I have already declared my love for Illamasqua, so this is no surprise :)
It took me a long time to have it done, but I have to say, it's was totally worth it, and I hope you feel the same way as I do.

BTW THE FOLLOWING PICTURES SUCK BADLY!

Happy New Year for everyone ♥

Illamasqua Blow + Stamping

Hello there, hope you all had a lovely day!

Today I got a bunch of nail mail, and in one of them there were the three new stamping plates I bought. I knew I HAD to use one of them, and I already had my mind set on which one. I used Konad M63, btw.
I tried a LOT of combos, no joke. I must have changed my mani over 5 times until I finally found a nice combo.
I used Illamasqua Blow as my base color, just cause I've been wanting to use it for a while now. As you all probably know yellow polishes usually have an awful formula, but not this one. Blow is a little watery, but nothing that would drive you mad. I used only two normal coats, and I got full coverage, no bald spots.
For the stamping I used A England Dragon, then a thin coat of Seche.

I know this is not the best stamping manicure, but I do like it :)

Butter London Branwen's Feather

Hello, how is everyone feeling today? ♥

Butter London Branwen's Feather is a pretty purple with some shimmer in it, formula was great, easy to work with and easy to clean as well :)
What you see are two coats of BF and one coat of Seche Vite.

Butter London's polishes can be purchased on their website and on Sephora, they retail for $14.

This is a great polish, formula and color. Butter London has impressed me, and I plan on getting more!

EDK Damon (Indie)

Hey there, how is everyone doing today? ♥

I'll keep posting my dear indies from EDK, and today's polish is Damon. Kelly named four polishes after the tv series The Vampire Diaries, and this one is after my beloved Damon Salvatore, played by the dearest Ian Somerhalder.
Damon is a very pretty polish, it's blue and black, blue hex and small round glitter and black hex, small round and bars glitters. I'm not a big fan of bar glitters, but there aren't many in this polish, and the bars look actually nice :)
When I first saw Damon I was in love, I believe the polish suits him perfectly! Damon/Ian has those perfect deep blue eyes, hence the blue, and Damon is a bad guy, or he used to be, hence the black!

I used Illamasqua Scorch as a base coat, layered it with Pure Ice HeartBreaker to give it a little shimmer, and then layered Damon over them, plus two normal coats of Seche Vite.

Like I said, Damon is a super pretty polish, and I love it ♥

EDK Salvatore (Indie)

Hello there ♥

This afternoon I had a wonderful surprise, my EDK order FINALLY arrived! I was so happy when I opened the box. It's was SO hard to pick one to paint my nails with, but I did, Salvatore was the one.
Salvatore is such a pretty polish, it has a red base, lots of red glitter, some black squared glitter and a little bit of magenta.
I used Revlon Revlon Red as a base coat, but only one super thing coat, just in case. I decided to go with two normal coats of Salvatore, so I could get more black glitter, I didn't have to fish for the black glitter, it came easily! This is glitter hungry, so I had to use two thick coats of Seche to make it smooth, I really need Gelous!

I absolutely LOVE this this polish, but I know I won't be able to keep it on for too long, I have it on for 2 hours now, and I already feel that damn need to swatch another one, they're all SO amazing ♥
EDK stands for Esmaltes Da Kelly, Kelly has a blog about nail polish, has swatch are amazing! I don't know if the international ladies can buy it, but here's her store link: CLICK. Try contacting her to see if she ships internationally!

Essie Smooth Sailing

Hey there ♥

Essie Smooth Sailing is an amazing polish, it has a perfect blue color and has this teeny tiny flakes, I think I can call them flakes... This is a very wintery color, but honestly I don't give a damn about that!! It's summer in here, and I don't care much about season colors!
Anyway, formula is amazing, no issues at all! Two coats and we were done, plus one coat of Seche Vite just so it would dry fast :)

I really love this polish, and I want to keep it on for a while, I always say that, but I usually can't, but I hope this time I can :D
Love,
