Ninja Polish Sapphire Dreams

Sapphire Dreams is such a pretty blue, and we all know how much I love blue.
Sapphire Dreams is a blue with loads of shimmer and some flecks, I think I saw flecks anyway :D

I used two coats of SD and one coat of Seche.
