New York, I Love You ♥

♥♥♥

Sorry for being AWOL, but I've been so tired lately :S My walks with Nahla have become longer, everyday I walk a little bit more, and yesterday I walked through Copacabana, all of it, until Leme... We walked for 12lm, 7 miles, and it felt good when it was happening, but not after lol

A few days ago I put New York on, a beautiful blue and pearly polish. Formula was fantastic, no trouble at all! Plus one coat of Heartbreaker, it gave my nails a twist!

Looks quite incredible, right?

Pure Ice Purple Reign

Hello ♥♥

I've worn Purple Reign a few times now, but I've never been able to photograph it. But I finally did. I had to mess around with my camera to finally get the color close enough.
Purple Reign is a cute purple polish packed with pinkish golden flakies.
I applied two coats followed by one coat of Seche.

Love it so much ♥

Shimmer And Flakies

Hello sweeties ♥

Today I have a great combo to show you! But before I wanted to talk about the black I used for my base color.
Two days ago I asked my mom to give me money to buy a new black polish, I'm used to Revlon's Black Lingerie, but I have used Colorama and Impala's blacks as well, and also the black matte from Risquè, but what I didn't know was that Risquè also had a creamy black. I haven't seen Impala's or Colorama's black for a while, and my mom found the one from Risquè.
I happily applied it, I started with one thin coat, thinking I would need a second one, SILLY ME! That thin coat I first used was all I needed. I didn't even need a top coat, cause it shines so much on it's own!!!
Now to my combo.
I layered Pure Ice Heartbreaker, which looked incredible, and then I layered Hits Valsa over it.
I'm not using top coat, I'm almost out of Seche, and I'm not using mine until I get a new one. What you see is all polish,. no top coat to make it shinier.
BTW my index finger nail broke, hence the three fingers on the picture, not four.

Looks quite incredible, right?
Have a lovely day.

Black With Lots Of Shimmer ♥

Hello :)

I know it's been a few days, but I'm back.
Before I show you the mani, I'll show you my new baby. I adopted a baby girl yesterday, she's the cutest puppy ever ♥
I wasn't sure if I was adopting or not, I was just looking at the dogs, when I decided to help this nice lady holding Nahla and her sister, so I was holding Nahla, when I was going to give her back she just didn't want to leave me, so I couldn't leave her there, I had to take her home with me!! My mom instantly felt in love with her just like I did. My mom and I are drooling over her. She follows me everywhere in the house, it's too cute. At first she was peeing all over the house, and not where she was supposed to, but now she's peeing where she's supposed to, and it's adorable. She's been with me for only one day and she's already being a good girl.
This is my 2 months baby girl:

She's perfect isn't it?! ♥

Now to the polish.
I used two coats of Sinful Colors What's Your Name followed by one coat of Pure Ice Heartbreaker.
The thing I love the most about this combo is that you can see the shimmer from both polishes.

It's quite the incredible combo don't you think?
Plus, my puppy is the best ♥

Pure Ice by Sheila

Hello dears ♥

Today the lovely Sheila, from Pointless Cafe is my guest post, and she has an amazing polish to show you guys :)

Hello everyone! When Juliana asked me to guest post on her blog, I was more than happy to oblige.  I thought I’d show you a Pure Ice polish today: Girls Best Friend. Pure Ice polishes are very inexpensive and generally have fantastic formulas.

Girls Best Friend is a red bordeaux jelly polish with holo microglitter and went on great. 2 – 3 coats for full opacity. Two coats should do the trick on short nails and probably 3 coats for longer nails. I’ve used two coats here with NO top coat. I wore it alone for a while and then stamped over it to extend the mani using Milani Flash Silver.

Pure Ice polishes are available in the states at Walmart stores and retail for $1.97 but they can also be ordered online at baricosmetics.com.

Thanks to Juliana for having me! It’s my first visit to Rio! Just wish it had been in person.

Green Shimmer

Hello ♥♥♥

I'm traveling so I decided to do a lot of manis the last few days so I could have enough posts for you guys :)
I had some guest posts, but not enough, so here we go.
I used Revlon Emerald on one of the days of the challenge, and when I had that mani done I added some sparkle to it, I layered Pure Ice HeartBreaker over it, and damn it looked AMAZING!

Heart Breaker looks pretty amazing over Emerald, I truly loved it, hope you guys did too!

Glitter Gradient :)

Hey there :)

I have already posted a manicure with this polish, and I'm not hiding my love for it, so I decided to do a gradient with it over black. The pretty glitter I'm talking about it Pure Ice Spit Fire.
I used Revlon Black Lingerie as my base color and Pure Ice Spit Fire for the gradient. I also had an accent nail done, which I loved.
Hope you feel the same about this as I do :)

I highly recommend this polish for everyone, I recently got a few more Pure Ices, and I also recommend those! I hear they're cheap, but I can't tell you for sure, or where you can buy them, but if you have access to it, pick it up ♥
Love,
