I'm so sorry for taking so long for a new post, but I was traveling!!
Today I'm gonna show you a polish I bought online a few weeks ago, and got here earlier. Blue Sparrow is this gorgeous blue with blue glitter in it. But it's a neon, and like every neon it's a matte polish. I'm not a matte fan, so as usual I just put some topcoat on, and I had one amazing surprise!
I used three coats to achieve the result you see in the pictures, and one coat of topcoat.
