Heart - Nail Art

Hello my lovelies ♥

I had this mani done a few days ago, and I really loved it, but I had to take it off so I could start the challenge. I was really enjoying it, and it was super easy to make :)
I used Essie Smooth Sailing for the base color, Revlon Black Lingerie, Essie Leading Lady and Illamasqua Scorch. Then I used a really thin coat of Seche to smooth it.

Thankfully I'm ahead of the challenge, so I can post this in here today :)

New 31 DC - Day 5 - Purple

Hey loves ♥

Today is the fifth day of the challenge, and today's post color is purple. It took me a few tries to finally decide what I was gonna do for this post, at first I was gonna just post a plain color, a light purple, but I changed my mind.
Like you all know, I'm an Illamasqua lover, so as usual I used an Illamasqua polish as my base color. Faux Pas as the base color, and A England Lady Of The Lake for the gradient. The colors are close, which makes this gradient even prettier.

I'm not just an Illamasqua fan, I'm also a big gradient fan, but it had been a while since I did a nice gradient, so I'm glad this one turned out so great.

New 31 DC - Day 1 - Black and White

Hey loves ♥

First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR! Hope we all have an awesome year this 2013 ♥

I got myself into another 31 days challenge, but I'll only be able to do 20 days cause I'll be traveling on January 20th :)
This is actually an interesting challenge, I will have fun with it. The first day of the challenge we have Black&White.
For this B&W day I decided to stamp. I used BL The Black Knight as my black base and Illamasqua Scorch for the white stamping.

If you want to join this challenge just do your mani, post it and get the codes in here.

Green Gradient Striped Mani

Hello ♥

What's everyone doing for NYE?! I'm going to an awesome party and drink all night, the party will last all night and then we'll eat breakfast :D I'm hoping you all have awesome plans like me!
This mani is the one I'll be using on NYE, but it's not very NYE at all LOL But I have been planing this mani for a long time, but I just got my stripe tapes, so I could only do it now. I was really wanting to do this, and it's not perfect, but I'm proud of myself.
I used only Illamasqua polishes, white - Scorch, dark green - Rampage, medium green - Elope and light green - Milf. I have already declared my love for Illamasqua, so this is no surprise :)
It took me a long time to have it done, but I have to say, it's was totally worth it, and I hope you feel the same way as I do.

BTW THE FOLLOWING PICTURES SUCK BADLY!

Happy New Year for everyone ♥

Illamasqua Blow + Stamping

Hello there, hope you all had a lovely day!

Today I got a bunch of nail mail, and in one of them there were the three new stamping plates I bought. I knew I HAD to use one of them, and I already had my mind set on which one. I used Konad M63, btw.
I tried a LOT of combos, no joke. I must have changed my mani over 5 times until I finally found a nice combo.
I used Illamasqua Blow as my base color, just cause I've been wanting to use it for a while now. As you all probably know yellow polishes usually have an awful formula, but not this one. Blow is a little watery, but nothing that would drive you mad. I used only two normal coats, and I got full coverage, no bald spots.
For the stamping I used A England Dragon, then a thin coat of Seche.

I know this is not the best stamping manicure, but I do like it :)

Saran Wrap Nails

Hello again :D

Two posts in one day, that's rare! LOL Well, I put Illamasqua Nomad on, but I just can't stand my nails with simple colors, I need something else, so I decided to try the Saran Wrap nails, something I've meant to try for a week now, but just today I remembered and decided to try.
I looked through my stash looking for a polish to wear with Nomad, and I was gonna go for A England Dragon, I did my pinkie, but I didn't like the two colors together, so I thought "Why not Saint George?!", So I picked Saint George and tried it out, and turns out Nomad and Saint George look great together!
I'm not sure if I like the result or not, but I know the two colors look good together!
I used Illamasqua Nomad and A England Saint George, plus one coat of Seche Vite :)

I still don't know how I feel about this on me, but looking at these pictures I'm liking it.

Illamasqua Faux Pas

Hey there ♥

How was the weekend?
Today's Illamasqua polish is Faux Pas. FP is a super pretty purple with rubber finish. Matte polishes are not my favorites, BUT Illamasqua rubber finish is amazingly pretty, and I love it, I actually had it on without TC for 2, the entire time I had it on.
I used two coats, but only one was necessary, but as usual I needed two. I used OPI Drip Dry so it would dry fast :)

That's it sweeties, Hope you have enjoyed the polish as much as I have!
Love,
