Colorful Nails ♥

♥♥♥

If you follow the blog through facebook you know I was hydrating my cuticles with 4 different cuticle oils. I spent a LOT of time doing that, and it payed off, my cuticles are no longer dry and ugly, they all look good!

I was going through some polishes I have stashed in a box, and I came across this flakie beauty! Espectral has flecks with many different colors: orange, red, blue, green, yellow & purple. I didn't want to wear it over plain black, and I love Stone Cold as undies for flakies, glitters etc. The flecks lay flat on the nails, so one coat of seche is more than enough!

I told you my cuticles are looking good!

Sinful Colors Venus

Hello ♥

I've posted this one before, but it's too pretty for me not to post it again.
Venus is a gray polish, packed with silver flakies.
Venus is also quite the old polish, the bottle is one of those round chubby bottles.
Last time I used it, I applied two coats, this time only one, more than enough. Followed by one coat of Seche Vite.
Venus reminds me a lot of Raindrops, but this one has more flakies, and the flakies are silver. Not to mention Raindrops is too thin to wear alone.

Pure Ice Purple Reign

Hello ♥♥

I've worn Purple Reign a few times now, but I've never been able to photograph it. But I finally did. I had to mess around with my camera to finally get the color close enough.
Purple Reign is a cute purple polish packed with pinkish golden flakies.
I applied two coats followed by one coat of Seche.

Love it so much ♥

Shimmer And Flakies

Hello sweeties ♥

Today I have a great combo to show you! But before I wanted to talk about the black I used for my base color.
Two days ago I asked my mom to give me money to buy a new black polish, I'm used to Revlon's Black Lingerie, but I have used Colorama and Impala's blacks as well, and also the black matte from Risquè, but what I didn't know was that Risquè also had a creamy black. I haven't seen Impala's or Colorama's black for a while, and my mom found the one from Risquè.
I happily applied it, I started with one thin coat, thinking I would need a second one, SILLY ME! That thin coat I first used was all I needed. I didn't even need a top coat, cause it shines so much on it's own!!!
Now to my combo.
I layered Pure Ice Heartbreaker, which looked incredible, and then I layered Hits Valsa over it.
I'm not using top coat, I'm almost out of Seche, and I'm not using mine until I get a new one. What you see is all polish,. no top coat to make it shinier.
BTW my index finger nail broke, hence the three fingers on the picture, not four.

Looks quite incredible, right?
Have a lovely day.

Chanel Mimosa and Flakies

Hello my loves ♥

Today's mani is quite cute. I used Chanel Mimosa, a gorgeous shimmery yellow, and then layered Nubar 2010 over it, and I decided to add matte top coat, and it looked incredible!
The flakies on Nubar 2010 are mostly orange, but over yellow it turned quite yellow, which just made me fall even harder for this mani.

I hope you all had a greta day.

Illamasqua Raindrops

Hey there ♥

Yes, you read it right, today I'm showing you Raindrops, and I couldn't be more excited *o*
I've been wanting it for such a long time, and when it was re-released I bought it, but because royal mail has become a royal pain it took a little over 2 months to get here...
Anyway, Raindrops is perfect. I love it. And I'm sure you all do as well... But I couldn't capture it very well, I'm sorry :/
Layered one coat of Raindrops over one coat of Revlon Hazy.

I love it so much ♥♥

Hits Cha Cha Cha

Hello my dears ♥

I'm FINALLY done with the flakies collection from Hits. I actually finished swatching it a few days ago, but just now I'm posting sorry for that.
I ussed Colorama 5ª Avenida as my base color, one of my favorite polishes actually, and then layered Cha Cha Cha over it, one coat each, plus one of Seche.
CCC has orange flakies, which I'm  not very fond of btw, or was.... But it looked great over 5ª Avenida, I loved it actually.

This is it for now, see you later!
Love,
